Then they turn around and tell me that it will cost over. I take my wife?s Tucson to Hyundai- they are quick, inexpensive and above all nice. They dont even plug my vehicle to their toyota software, but just a simple car diagnostic tool. Funny with all those years of experience he couldn?t perform a simple recall!!!!!! This dealership is a disgrace and never once offered a sincere apology for the numerous inconveniences and were very rude. He then explained that the technician has been working there for many years and one of the best and would not have taken the charger. The manager said he knew the technician who worked on my car and that he would not have taken it but maybe he moved it?!!! For What? It was nowhere near the window?!!!!! The manager called me after speaking with the technician and no charger. I simply said my charger was there when I dropped it off and now it is not. I took my car back to the dealership and they fixed the mistake promptly but when I arrived home I noticed my iPhone charger was missing!!!! I called and the receptionist (an older sounding lady) was extremely rude and the manager told me that his technicians were not thieves and proceeded to be very defensive even before investigating the situation!!! Also I was very careful about my wording and never used the word thief or stolen.

I demanded they fix it the next day and they eventually agreed. I immediately called and was told they were busy and not sure when they could fix their mistake.

After they were done my wife picked up the car and upon my inspection they had disabled the rear windows and the rear button in the front had no give. I never had this problem but went ahead with the service anyway. I asked the technician on the phone what the recall entailed and he explained they would be applying a special lube/grease to the window button because of issues with it sticking hence the recall.

I was getting a standard oil change and service due to a recall on the front power window. I decided I would drop it off this third time so I didn't have to wait. But after a third try they blew it royally! First two times I've been it's taken almost 2 hours while I waited for a single oil change. I really wanted to like this dealership, mainly because it's close to my house. If you draw the wrong person in sales they try to overcharge you, or mistreat you, or both.Īs of this writing in my area (Richmond, VA), the price for a 2019 Camry XLE with no options added, and before taxes and tags, seems to bottom out around $25,200-$25,600. My recommendation remains to try McGeorge first to see all the colors and options (since they have so much inventory sitting there already), but buy elsewhere if you don't get lucky like we we did in Feb 2017. The problem was with the second guy in their process ('sales manager') - he tried to force us into a Camry configured in a way that we didn't want for around $3000 more than what we ended up paying elsewhere. We just now (Dec 2018) tried to buy a Camry XLE with no options and ended up with another negative experience. The 1 success was in Feb 2017 when we paid $23,000 for a Camry XLE with no hassles at all. I am now at 1 success and 2 failures with McGeorge Toyota.
